Return & Exchange Policy

At Alwan Printing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As we specialize in custom-printed products, we kindly ask you to review our return and exchange policy carefully.
1. Custom Products
Most of our products (such as printed t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc.) are custom-made based on your specifications. Therefore, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
2. Eligible Returns or Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange only in the following cases:

You received the wrong product (wrong size, color, or design)

The product arrived damaged or defective

There was a printing mistake made by our team
To be eligible, please make sure that:

You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it

You provide photos showing the issue clearly
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

A clear description of the issue

Photos of the product and packaging
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to assist you.
4. Refunds
If your return request is approved and a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs

If the error was from our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer error (e.g. wrong size chosen), we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refundas the items are custom-made.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Custom-printed products with correct design and size

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Gift cards or promotional items
